Do you offer custom or made-to-order wigs?

Currently we stock ready-to-wear wigs only. If you're looking for a specific length, colour, or style not listed on our site, reach out via WhatsApp and we'll do our best to assist.

How do I place an order via WhatsApp?

Simply send us a message on WhatsApp with the wig name, length, and colour you'd like. We'll confirm availability, send you a payment link, and process your order — usually within a few hours.

Are your wigs beginner-friendly?

Yes — most of our wigs are glueless and come pre-plucked with adjustable straps, making them easy to wear without professional help. If you're new to wigs, we recommend starting with a 4x4 or 5x5 closure wig for the most natural, low-maintenance look.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the wig is unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on worn wigs. Please contact us on WhatsApp before returning any item.

How long does delivery take?

We deliver nationwide across South Africa. Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

How do I care for my human hair wig?

Wash with a sulphate-free shampoo every 10–14 wears, detangle gently from ends to roots, and air-dry on a wig stand. Avoid sleeping in your wig and store it in a silk bag or on a stand to maintain its shape. With proper care, your Nova Crown Hair wig will last 12–24 months.

How do I find the right wig size?

Most of our wigs are designed to fit the average head circumference of 53–57 cm and include adjustable straps for a secure, comfortable fit. If you're between sizes or have a larger head circumference, contact us on WhatsApp before ordering — we'll guide you to the right fit.

Is the hair 100% human?

Yes, all our wigs are made from 100% human hair.
